Say this, the economy is ,at it’s foundation, that which comes out of the ground and is transformed  into either food or energy.
Everything else is dependent on these things. Who ever convinced us that the economy comes from anywhere else is a liar.
The people that make this transformation happen are the big dogs and everything else are the ticks that feed off of them.
The people are the economy. The government, Wall Street, politicians, the bureaucrats, the car companies and so on and so on are
not the economy. There will be a recovery when we say there is a recovery. And we will not say there is a recovery until the
government stops stealing our money/wealth.

Sincerely ,
John

  1. producers are the producers, they drive the economy, however, the organizers make it grow and their efforts can increase wealth through incentives they create or decrease it through their actions. Find the truth in soviet grain quota productions from the 50s, 60s, and 70s; they always reached their quotas, and this is misleading. They used retoric to make things appear as they were not for those that like theory and talk. Contrast it to how the US functioned under the preamble of the constitution "promote the general welfare" (make things fair and allow people to chose and expect people to have a moral code)... and leave it to private concerns to do the rest.
